CONDITIONS FOR RETURN

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from G'z Retail. If for any reason you are not, we offer hassle-free returns and exchanges within 14 days of receiving your order. Simply contact our customer service team and we will provide you with a return label and instructions for returning your item. Once we receive your returned item, we will process your refund or exchange as quickly as possible.

REFUNDS

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all tags attached. Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error may not be eligible for a return or exchange.
